Scrub the air the HEPA way
Our smoke and fire damage restoration experts use a HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Arrestor) to "scrub" the air. We use HEPA equipment from the first moment to the last stage of the restoration process. They're really effective and remove 99.97% of particles 0.3 microns and larger in size. These airborne particles create smells and need to be removed.
Thermic fogging
When you "fog" using a special deodorizer released through fogging. The benefit of thermal fogging is it permeates all of the areas. It pushes into areas behind floors and walls. Thermal fogging is the discipline of aroma alteration to countercheck smells for lasting odor removal.
Vapor modification
Vapor Modification uses a fragrant material gasified from a closed container. The material is distributed in the air using a fan or blower.
Ozone
This popular process removes smoke and odor molecules from the air, even hard-to-neutralize molecules of smoke from cooking fires. Ozone is a potent oxidizer.
Hydroxyl
The hydroxyl radical was 1st discovered by scientists in 1963. It’s called a “detergent” of the troposphere. Hydroxyl reacts with numerous pollutants and assists in demolishing them.
